Bound in green buckram with lettering and rule on the spine in gilt Of the 26 plates listed, Plate XVII, facing page 530, Cañon in Limestones, East Humboldt Range, Nevada, is not present. Evidence of removal of library pocket from the rear paste-down endpaper and small stamp on the title page. No other indication of library markings or labels present. The title page, the two pages of contents, plus a few others throughout have been previously repaired. A very good copy.
