Dr. Frosch was Associate Director for Applied Oceanography at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, the administrator of NASA, president of the American Association of Engineering Societies, and vice president of General Motors in charge of the Research Laboratories. 40 pages. A fine copy with just a little fade along edges of the light blue covers.
